This information is collected on the third party payment processing system automatically, and it is separated from our internal system. This information is used for user support and troubleshooting purposes only. We have a dedicated accounting team process payment related-issue.

AGGREGATED DATA

• Device-specific information (e.g., Unique Mobile ID, language,hardware model,Operating system and network information; this information is collected when user open CloudVPN app.)
• App version (e.g., Version 1.8_132_123908b; this information is collected when user open CloudVPN app.)
• Daily active user (e.g., 2019/03/06-19,000,000; this information is collected when user open CloudVPN app or connect CloudVPN.)
• Total data used (e.g., 2019/03-1000TB; this information is automatically calculated and collected when you connect CloudVPN)
• User geodemographics (we use your IP address to derive your location(city-level) only, then we will delete your IP address immediately. Please keep in mind that we do not store your original IP and we can not share it to anyone no matter what happened)
• Analysis of our servers(e.g., sites visited via our servers from all users, it is data mixed from our tens of millions users. we do not attribute any website visit or app usage to any specific user.)

This information helps us to understand our user better and in product planning, to further improve the user experience and user satisfaction.

When you try to sign in or sign up on our website, we may collect your original IP address which is deleted automatically in 5 minutes to prevent Brute force. Please note we can not see the IP address or download it during the 5 minutes. That means we can not share it to any one.

VPN CONNECTION DATA

• Server you connected (e.g., United States 52.53.196.239; this information is automatically collected during VPN connection.)
• Connection time stamp (e.g., Connected@15:30 2019/03/15; this information is automatically collected during VPN connection.)
• Error report (e.g., Error_Userdoesnotallowconfiguration; this information is automatically collected when VPN connection failed due to error.)
• Choice of the protocol (e.g., Protocol_A; this information is automatically collected during VPN connection.)
• Network type (e.g., 4G; this information is collected when users send us the “Network analysis” report, which helps us to determine the cause of connection issues.)

This information is used for troubleshooting, VPN service optimization ONLY, all the information WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ERASED PERMANENTLY from the system after 96 HOURS.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Analytics data (e.g., App crash report, in-app page engagement; this information is collected when using the CloudVPN.)
• Advertising data (e.g., iOS ad identifier - IDFA), Android ad master identifier)

This information helps us to track the performance of the app and certain features and to provide necessary support to sustain our free VPN service, please note that we do not share the information that you provide to CloudVPN with the third party advertisers. However, advertisers may be able to collect certain information independently from you or your device when serving ads from the CloudVPN, including your device’s advertising ID.

We only share your information what we have in response to law enforcement requests when the Service is being used contrary to these Terms and applicable laws

Please keep in mind that we do not keep logs of your original IP address or your personal online activities. And we can not share it to anyone in any situations.

4. Conditions for making changes and additions to this page.

We keep the history of changes to this document. When making changes, we guarantee the absence of contradictions between the new version and the terms of previously published documents. Each document has its own version and time (until the next minute), from which the new rules come into force.
